Adult World Media (AWM)
Reseller/Affiliate Terms and Conditions
(These are the responsibilities and rules for Resellers [webmasters] taking part
in the Adult World Media revenue sharing program.)

Important note: Acceptance of this agreement does NOT constitute the formation of a partnership between AWM and its Resellers.

• Resellers MUST not promote any Adult World Media website on websites displaying child pornography, bestiality, hate sites or sites displaying any other kind of illegal material.
• Only banners designed or approved by Adult World Media may be used to promote AWM sites.
• Resellers may only use Adult World Media images and/or movies to promote AWM sites. Resellers may crop and resize our images PROVIDED the URLs are not removed or in any way made illegible.
• Adult World Media content MUST not be used to promote ANY website not owned by AWM.
• Unsolicited spam will NOT be tolerated. Should Adult World Media receive complaints of unsolicited e-mails sent by a Reseller, the Reseller account will be terminated and payment of all commissions will be forfeited. The Reseller's information will be sent to the appropriate authorities.
• Mass-emailings are permissible under the following conditions. Please note that if you do not follow these strict guidelines your Reseller account will be terminated and all payments forfeited:
  • Your list MUST be an opt-in list.
  • You MUST contact Adult World Media at webmaster@adultworldmedia.com at least 24 hours prior to the mass emailing and provide a copy of the e-mail that will be sent for approval of AWM.
  • Email recipients MUST be able to opt-out of your list.
• Resellers may promote Adult World Media sites on AVS sites on the condition that:
  • Only the content provided in the webmasters area be used.
  • Adult World Media content only be used to promote Adult World Media sites.
  • URLs not be removed from the images.
  • The AVS be built with the specific purpose of promoting traffic to Adult World Media sites.
  • Banners or links to Adult World Media sites be clearly posted on the pages where the content is displayed.
  • No other sites be promoted on the same pages where Adult World Media content is posted.
  • The URLs of all the AVSs built using Adult World Media content be e-mailed to webmaster@adultworldmedia.com together with login information.
• Adult World Media must be able to track the source of traffic at all times, and be able to access the pages where our banners are displayed, even if these pages are protected by a password (such as a member's section). If the Reseller refuses to cooperate, the Reseller's account will be terminated and commissions forfeited.
• You may not promote Adult World Media sites on warez sites, password sites, or any other non-adult web sites unless you have received prior authorization from Adult World Media.
• Resellers employing fraudulent or illegal means of generating sales or traffic, or using deceptive advertising methods, will immediately have their account terminated and commissions forfeited.
• Credit card fraud is closely monitored and will not be tolerated. Every case is reported to the credit card companies and to the appropriate authorities. In the event that any sort of mechanism to falsely generate signups is detected, we will immediately terminate the Reseller's account, all commissions will be forfeited, and we will prosecute the responsible webmaster to the full extent of the law. We're not kidding.
• Adult World Media is not responsible for loss due to downtime resulting from complications with hosting equipment, hardware, or technical errors.
• The Reseller is responsible for providing Adult World Media with a valid e-mail address to be used for contact and site update purposes only.
• Adult World Media may deactivate any account that is not profitable without warning.
• In the event that any conditions need to be changed, or new conditions added, Adult World Media will post a notice on the this page. Resellers will have seven (7) days to become fully compliant with the new conditions. Resellers not complying with the new conditions will have their accounts terminated, and commissions generated after the new conditions are in effect will be forfeited.
• Adult World Media reserves the right to terminate this agreement or program at any time, for any reason. In any case, Resellers will be notified and will be paid for all earnings generated up to that point in time, except in cases where it is determined that the Reseller has violated these terms and conditions.
